BY ACCESSING OR USING ANY OF OUR SERVICES, YOU CONSENT TO THE DATA COLLECTION, USE, DISCLOSURE AND STORAGE POLICIES AND PRACTICES DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT CONSENT, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICES.

Expulp cares about online privacy and wants you to know how we collect, use, share and protect information about you and the choices you have regarding our use of your information. If you have any questions concerning this Privacy Policy, please email us at [email protected] We may change or add to this Privacy Policy from time-to-time, so we encourage you to review it periodically.

1. SCOPE

This Privacy Policy applies to the collection of personal information from users of the Services, as such Services may be enhanced and/or updated from time to time. This Privacy Policy relates to information we collect from you, including personally identifying information (also referred to as "PII"), as well as to information that does not identify you personally. PII may include, for example, some or all of the following: your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, mobile phone number, passwords, credit and/or debit card information, user name and password, and demographic information.

2. YOUR CONSENT TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms and Conditions that apply to your use of this Site. By using the Services and this Site, you consent to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, including our use and disclosure of your PII and other personal information as stated in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to you whether or not you register with the Site as a Member.

3. INFORMATION COLLECTED AND USED BY EXPULP

When you use the Site or the Services, Expulp may use real-time GPS or other geolocation data from your web browser or mobile device (when you allow us to receive that information through the location or similar settings on your browser or mobile device) in order to provide you with location specific results. When you register with the Site, Expulp collects your submitted personal information such as your name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number. Expulp uses that information to authenticate you when you log in, and to send you notifications relating to the Services.

As is standard practice on many commercial websites, Expulp also logs non-personally-identifiable information, including your IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from the Site. This data is used to improve the Site and Services, to analyze usage trends, to administer the Site, to track users' movements around the Site, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. Expulp will not use the information collected in this manner to market directly to you. This non-personally-identifiable information we collect may, however, be shared with third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to users generally. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.

Your profile information, including your picture and name, is displayed to other people viewing the Site and Services in order to facilitate user interaction in the Expulp social networking community.

Expulp may also use your email address to send you updates, a newsletter or news regarding the Services. Expulp may send email messages which use a "click-through URL" linked to content on the Site. When a user clicks one of these URLs, they pass through our web server before arriving at the destination web page. Expulp tracks this click-through data to help determine interest in particular topics and measure the effectiveness of our customer communications. If you prefer not to be tracked in this manner, simply do not click on the text or graphic links in the emails received from Expulp. If at any point you do not wish to continue to receive newsletters or other non-mandatory communications (i.e., communications that we are not required to make to you by applicable laws, regulations or best practices), you may opt out of the future receipt thereof by following the opt-out instructions contained in such newsletter(s) or by adjusting your communication settings in your account profile.

From time to time, Expulp or a partner may sponsor an opportunity, promotion, or contest through the Site. Users may be asked to provide personal information including name, email address or home address or to answer questions in order to participate in any such opportunity, promotion or contest. Expulp may also transfer your personal information to certain advertising partners if you have explicitly requested to receive information from such advertisers. It will be made clear to you at the point of collection of such information who is collecting the personal information and whose privacy statement will apply thereto.

Expulp may also collect information for market research purposes to gain a better understanding of our customers and thus provide a more valuable service. Expulp also collects information regarding customer activities on our Site, and on related Services. This helps us to determine how best to provide useful information to customers and to understand which parts of our Site and Services are of most interest to them.

In cases where you use a mobile device to access our sites or use or applications, we may receive information about the location of your device. We may use this information to develop, deliver, and improve our products, services, and other offerings.’

We use the information that we collect to develop, deliver, and improve our products, services, and other offerings.

4. GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION (GPS) TRACKING DISCLOSURE

We monitor, collect and use your wireless geographic location information obtained by our Site or any other Services through your computer or mobile device, to provide you with location specific results to your search and to maintain and improve the Site and or the Services. The results you receive in connection with your use of the Site and or Services may include results related to you and your specific geographic location. Please also be aware that persons with whom you share your computer or mobile device may log in to the Site and consent to our geographic location tracking of your computer or mobile device. If you turn off location-based services for the Site or the Services, we will not capture any location information. However, if you do turn off location-based services, Expulp may not function properly, since sometimes results are delivered through the Site or Services based in part on your particular location.

5. USE OF COOKIES & BROWSER ADD-ONS

Expulp uses cookies to store users' preferences and to record session information, for purposes including: (i) ensuring that visitors are not repeatedly offered the same advertisements, to customize newsletter, advertising, and Web page content based on browser type and user profile information; (ii) to help track usage to help us understand which parts of our website are most popular, where our visitors are going, and how much time they spend there; (iii) to make usage of the Site is even more rewarding as well as to study the effectiveness of our customer communications, and (iv) to customize each visitor's experience and provide greater convenience.

The cookies may reflect de-identified demographic or other data linked to data you voluntarily have submitted to us, e.g., your email address, which we may share with a data provider solely in hashed, non-human readable form. You may be able to configure your browser to accept or reject all or some cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set -- each browser is different, so check the "Help" menu of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences -- however, you must enable cookies from Expulp in order to use most functions on the Site and Services. Please note that Expulp may allow third party advertisers that are presenting advertisements on some of our pages to set and access their cookies on your computer. Among other things, these third parties may use cookies, pixel tags and other technologies to enable such third parties to record which ads your browser has loaded and which pages you may have been viewing when the ads were delivered or accessed. Advertisers' use of cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not the Expulp Privacy Policy.

We use a tool called "Google Analytics" to collect information about use of this Site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve this Site. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this site, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this site, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits to this site by disabling cookies on your browser.

We also use the CloudFlare _cfduid cookie. This cookie is used to override any security restrictions based on the IP address you are coming from. For example, if you are in a coffee shop where there some infected machines, but your machine is known and trusted, then this cookie can override the security setting. This cookie does not bring up a user ID and nor does it store any personally identifiable information about you. For more information, please visithttp://www.cloudflare.com/security-policy.

We also offer an Expulp Browser Add-On (a bundle of code, resources and configuration files that can be used within your browsers where it is installed to add new functionality and/or to change the behavior of the Services on such browsers), which, if you choose to install it, will track your navigation within that browser and provide information regarding your browsing activity to us. We use the information received from this Browser Add-On to better understand your interests and to present you with content on our Services that we believe will be relevant to your interests. If you do not wish to take advantage of this functionality, or object to the tracking performed by this Browser Add-On, do not install it.

6. DO-NOT-TRACK

Our Site does not respond to "do-not-track" settings in users' web browsers at this time. However, there are various ways to opt out of interest-based advertising, such as TRUSTe’s Ad Choices, the Network Advertising Initiative’s Consumer Opt-Out Page, or you can also visit Google's Ad Settings to manage the ads Google serves.

12. THIRD PARTY ADVERTISING

Expulp, or one of our web-advertising partners, if any, may deliver ads appearing on Expulp to users of our Site. Our web-advertising partners may also set cookies.
